King County's best yellow curry chicken

I love Thai curries. This restaurant has the best yellow curry chicken I have ever tasted. They make a pineapple/onion/red bell pepper style of yellow curry without potatoes or peanuts. It is not too sweet.
Other very highly rated dishes I have had from them: cashew chicken, panang curry beef, phad thai.
The genial proprietor has been a valuable information source for me in learning what I have learned about Thai cuisine. One entertaining bit of family dynamics: sometimes for months on end, the father of the family cooks and the mother is at the register. Other times, the mother cooks and the father is at the register.
I do not eat from buffets, so I can't comment about that. I have eaten at this restaurant or had food from there at least 100 times in the last 10 years. I consider it a real gem.
One entertaining afterthought: as a person with no Asian ancestors but who likes spicy food, I have at times found it difficult to persuade Asian chefs to add enough peppers to my food. I asked these people to make it "hot the way Thai people who really like hot food like it." I was, for the first and last time in my life, unable to eat what I was served (recall: I asked for it) without diluting it with about 10 parts steamed rice to one part Thai food.
Pros: King County's best yellow curry chicken, King County's best panang curry beef
Cons: Prominent television in the dining area. Traffic can make restaurant difficult to access at rush hour.
