This historic building has a lot of potential to become a fascinating museum off the beaten path. It is unfortunate that "Police and Fire" is just a title, and does not reflect the true nature of this place.
Every time I have gone into this place, it is filled with atrocious displays of local "starving artists." The place is saturated with pretense and filled with confused VCU hipsters.
