Poorly maintained, depressingly abandoned feeling in Ft. Tilden. Riis Park dirty, Bay Wall area dangerous never maintained. Who's watching the management? This place is a disgrace. It is a national park and the only activity is from local arts and sports groups. What goes on with the federal govt.? I see workers (people in uniforms) are there but what are they doing?
