I am, and have been a client of Kanani Pearl Spa for 3 years and have had nothing but truly EXCELLENT experiences. I have felt genuinely cared for by the staff and each time I leave, I am eager to return. I happened to read the review ""Never go to Kanani Pearl Spa"" and felt compelled to write something that more accurately represents the quality of this establishment. It seems that what was described was quite a stressful situation for the owner and her staff and my concern goes mainly to the faint Manager. I hope she is doing well and recovering from the incident. It is unfortunate that this previous reviewer lacked compassion for this delicate situation.\r
