We were guests at the Holiday Inn Beacon Hill which houses this restaurant/bar, so we thought ""how convenient"". One look at the menu prices made the walk to whole foods a lot more appealing. Pancakes alone are 9.50 and bacon, 4.75!!! A bowl of cereal 5.50???? Jeez! We looked at the prices of room service and after you pay for the meal, room service charge, delivery charge, etc., your $25 steak turns into about $40!!! No thanks. Oddly enough, we saw hoards of folks eating huge breakfasts there looking happy as ever. Sorry, but I just can't allow myself to pay $50 for breakfast for two. Sure, the starched table cloths were nice, the silverware, glassware, too, but for me, I will walk out the back door to Whole Foods and get a belgian waffle for $1.79. That includes syrup and the fork!!!
