I made an appointment 1 week in advance and still had to wait once I arrived-it took almost 1 1/2 hours to get an oil change(int the past it only took 30 minutes)-the service representative was not understanding when I tried to explain I was not aware the huge increase in cost for oil change-which she said occured in June-I was at service dept in June and was not notified -or did I recieve e-mail about such a huge increase-and then rather than try to ease my concern she told me I did'nt have to get the service if i did'nt want to-which I knew-but informed her-I had moved and the trip is too far to keep repeating this drive. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and expected to have a little more concern for my continued repeat business. Also when I got home I noticed my slip said I refused maintence service-I was never asked-I always come regulary for my service. I don't appreciate it looking as if I am not doing proper maintenance of my vehicle. Pros: night hours for service Cons: long wait more
