I last ate at this restaurant in 2006. I had tried it first in 2004. My brother called and recommended this as worth the trip. I was skeptical. It was even better than he had described. Such a pleasant experience in the middle of a beautiful off the path place. The gumbo was great, the chicken pasta dishes (we tried them all)-- where terrific as well. The corn fries and mango salsa where a favorite with everyone. My personal favorite were the beautiful spring green salads. Excellent! Plenty of really good- above the average- choices on a children's menu as well. Overall -The whole family was very satisfied. Fun experience, great food. Hope it is still around.
Pros: Great food, beautiful environment, good service, clean, off the beaten path.
Cons: Off the beaten path
