I would fancy myself somewhat of a beer geek and the EVT does an amazing job of choosing great craft beers and keeping them fresh and rotating on draft. I spoke with the owner who said that they regularly clean their lines . Nothing is worse than going to a bar, seeing a great beer on tap, and getting a funky pour because the lines are dirty. From the several times I have gone to the EVT, I can say the pints are always fresh and delicious. I also like how they list the ABV (alcohol %) on their chalk board so you know when you are ordering a beer that is practically as strong as a wine. \r

Their food is also out of this world in taste and price. The menu far surpasses your typical bar food menu of chicken fingers, burgers and fries. The thing I like the MOST about this bar is that they serve exclusively AMERICAN beer, no imports.
