I was at the Coast Guard House tonight and was amazed at how many people were smoking on the deck (less than 50 feet from the doors). There has been a smoking ban in RI since March 2005 but yet Judge Caprio thinks he is above the law. People are not supposed to be smoking on the deck at the coast guard house according the the law. The staff is very misinformed about the law. The food is disgusting!!! especially on the deck. The place is over rated. the only good thing is the view. Judge Caprio (one of the owner's)is so blind to what is going on with the place. Poor Deb Kelso, who is trying to sell her part of the business so she does not have to deal with idiots like caprio and formicola who are driving the place into an early grave.
Pros: good view and that's it
Cons: allow people to smoke when its against the law
