As a single first time Mom it is my duty to scrutinize every aspect of her life. Well, sad to say but I had a nightmare at a local 24 hour daycare & almost lost faith in the daycare system. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Wesley School, blocks from home. Upon arrival you don?t hear screaming children or babies, nor do you hear hollering teachers. It?s filled with sounds of happy children engaging in worthwhile activities. It is culturally diverse, an important thing to me. I have learned, there is a student intern on site from the local Universities working with staff and students. They hold parenting sessions for the parents. It does not smell yucky! The staff?s been there for years. There is order, direction, bilingual lessons, sing-a-long?s, & chapel. They take an interest in my child & her general well being. I wrote this is from my heart. My child has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 6 months. I would recommend this daycare/pre-school to any parent.
