Long story short, its the same as the other reviews. I've been waiting for my tv to be fixed for almost 2 months now. First ""Mike"" came and took the guts of my tv, than sent a man to put it all back together. He couldn't do it so he than took it. Then Mike returns and it still doesn't get fixed. After returning a third time the same man who came the second time gets a fuzzy picture to show up but cannot finish because he doesn't know the ""codes""... So he walks right out of the house without saying anything. I had to stop him and ask about my tv and because he crashed his car earlier he would not be returning due to that risk. Than a very young but polite man comes out and takes the guts again... Still no return call or visit. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!
Pros: They did come right out, 2/3 of the men were polite
Cons: STILL NO TV! NO CALL! NO VISIT BACK!
