The previous review stated that there is a long wait even with an appointment. Try a ridiculously long wait. I have waited up to two hours for a scheduled appointment with never a word from any of the rude front desk staff. I recently called because my 100 pound rottweiler could not walk and needless to say I was concerned. I called on Saturday morning, they told me they did not have anything until WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!! I repeated that my dog COULD NOT WALK. The woman on the phone said that there was nothing that she could do. I thanked her very much and hung up. I had to take my very frightened dog to an unfamiliar vet and needless to say, it did not go over very well. The doctors are ok, but not over the top friendly and compassionate. Find someplace else to bring your precious animals.
