Horrible place to live! Dishonest management! We lived there for a year and just moved. We were told our apartment looke great and we would get all of our money back minus carpet cleaning. Never heard from them in over 2 months so we call them, instead of refunding our deposit , we get a bill for things that were NOT broken when we left. If you live here, hope you want lung cancer. Everyone smokes even though you have to be 25 feet away. Management won't do anything about it. tons of kids with parents that don't care what they do, so you better not mind if things get stollen, your car gets scratches and dings and climbed on. An older boy tried to drag our 2 year old behind a fence. If you have a problem with an appliance it will take months to be fixed. I never felt safe there, we saw people selling illegal substances. This is a greedy, bad management group out to target low income families. Do NOT live at Diamond Fork Apartments.
