I've been working out with Alayne for over a year now. I'm overweight and I had interviewed several trainers before meeting Alayne and none of them took me seriously. The wanted ""fit"" clients. All Alayne has ever asked is that I try. She has tailored the workouts so that I don't add more wear and tear on my joints. I never feel like she looks down at me. I feel like she sees me and she believes in the goal I've set for myself and sometimes even when I can't see the goal anymore and it feels impossible.
