I went to the same business about a year and a half ago and I hated it, mainly because of the owner's attitude. However, I went back last week to get my tinting redone since I had a coupon from my first tint, and the business changed completely. There was in fact a new owner who was very friendly and very professional. He treated me with the respect I wanted as a customer, and I was very satisfied with the work done. Also I noticed subtle things about the store that I really liked, such as there being a variety of restaurants next door such as American BBQ, Burritos, and even Chinese food. Theres a costco about half mile down the road and other businesses. This made it even a better store to me since I can do a lot more than just tint my car while I'm there. Also the store has a lot more to offer then just tinting cars, they have billiard supplies, pool tables, dart boards, poker tables, and other products for automobiles such as car alarms, sound systems, dvd players, etc.
Pros: parking is no problem at all, location is excellent, customer service is great, the workers are trilingual in korean spanish and english, and I was very satisfied with everything done
Cons: it could get a little hot inside but its not too big of a problem
