I pulled up and I didnt see anyone I saw the cones in front of each station. You used to be able to pull in there yourself so when the guy came out, I asked if they were open. He responded "" you see the sign dont you"" thats very rude. Then he tells me I need a Cabin air filter and a air filter replacement. Both are pretty expensive and im leaving for a trip so I need all of my extra cash. I decline so he says he refuses to change my oil then. So I say okay give me my car and im leaving. The guys in the back already drained my oil so they had no choice to refill it. So when he's back there talking the guys he say's ""she better not show her face in here anymore"". I guess he didnt think I heard him because he thought I went outside. I didnt say anything but I called and complained and im waiting on the regional manager to call me as i type. My coworkers recommended this place i'll be sure to send a company wide email about my experiance so no one even thinks about going there again.
Cons: Rude, will never return again
