You do not need a business degree to know that the owners of College Terrace are the epitomy of A TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. The apartments are rundown and disgusting. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful. They never fix things, and they charge for things like broken light bulbs and postage (when they send you a notice). They expect you to uphold your end of the contract but when they break the contract themselves, they REFUSE to take responsibility. This is honestly the WORST place to live in the Orem/Provo Area. Dont get conned in by the cheap rent. They give you a room the size of a closet to share with someone else. With the bunkbed, dresser and desk, you can barely move. Lets not even get started on the closet size! There is no room for anything! Its a pathetic excuse for an apartment complex.
Pros: Close to UVU...that is the ONLY Pro
Cons: Staff unhelpful and rude, dirty, disgusting apartments, small apartments, terrible management, they will nickel and dime you for everything you have
