This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with - and they were recommended by a neighbor who uses them! I called THREE times to make an appointment for a quote, and on the third call had to mention that I had called previously and would like a response whether I was in their area or not (after my first call, they left a solicitation bag on my door step, so they must have gotten the message!).
