Let me begin by stating that the service at this restaurant may come off as a bit brash, however please do not judge the establishment by this alone. What some individuals fail to realize is that certain cultures, Koreans included, are not by nature overtly friendly or outgoing. I've witnessed this in various settings and have concluded that it is purely cultural and by no means personal. That said, do not expect a ""chipper"" waiter or waitress at Korea House, you will be seated, your order will be taken and you are left to your meal.
