Pat Thurman is still the Manager. She manages the district actually.
I work at another one of Pat's stores. As she bounces between so many locations, it is virtually impossible for her to stay on top of every little thing.
Nonetheless, the man in question shouldn't be allowed to work while dressed like that.
It is possible to assume that they've ordered a new shirt for him, which would take a period somewhat greater than a week...maybe you visited on two perfectly coincidental occasions?
I believe this is the case. This sort of thing wouldn't fly at my location, and seeing as Pat manages both locations, I doubt her staff over there would allow it either.
