I recently went with a friend and we purchased two spa packages from their website. The facialist asked us if we wanted to upgrade for an additional $25 to the premium facial. We did it but when it came time to settle the bill, they refused to honor their pricing and charged us an additional $75 for each of the packages. Then they charged us $6 for juice! I wrote to the management to see if they would give us a credit back but they didn't even care. They cheated us and left a bad taste in our mouths. Bad business practice and I say buyer beware! No matter how good the service, they should be honorable.
