Fulton location is grand but downtown...

I've frequented the Fulton location for mellow me out and I've always had a pleasant and relaxing time. The staff is generally courteous. They don't seem to mind if I'm early and always offer the Kat Lounge to relax before hand. They also don't through a fuss when I'm a little late. The estiticians have all been kind, knowledgeable and friendly save one, who I believe is no longer working there. Because of my great experiences with this location I decided to try out the downtown location since it is closer to my home. The location does not have the same feel as it is located in an office building on Capital St. I tried to overlook the cold industrial colors but it was hard to overlook the cold and snody staff. My message was of par both times but the reception and post treatment atmosphere was lacking. I would recommend the Fulton location to anyone but until they have some adjustments in the general staff of the downtown location I would just drive the few extra miles. It?s worth it.
