I have always love Coach. I am a regular/royal customer. But after shopped at this location, it changed my perception of Coach.\r \r I was trying to return this unused bag that i bought, but they found a very small black stain inside the bag, they wouldn't let me return the bag with merchadise credit, but they were offering me to pick out a bag to exchange at that time, but I didnt want anything at that time, so the store Manger Diane, assistant manager Brian and other store associates were totally ignoring me when i was trying to explain, and the worst thing was that they were talking to others about me trying to return a used bag OUTLOUD infront of my face. oh my god! I was so humilated, everyone at the store was staring at me. I dont understand, why couldnt they let me have a store credit but they were offering to exchange...isnt the same?\r Do not shop at Coach at this location, horrible customer service. the bags at coach arent the most expensive, but i was expecting a better service. \r Cons: Poor Customer service more
