It never fails, whenever there is another title company involved in a transaction, something gets messed up. Or is it that I am just so spoiled by Investor's Abstract that I cannot tolerate anything less than the best? Regardless, if I had my way, every real estate transaction I am involved with would be in their capable hands because I know they can be counted on to handle the myriad details that come up in every real estate sale. The experienced professionals at Investor's know this business in and out. Anyone who says otherwise 'doesn't know what gut is!' :)
