I purchased a house in 2005 using Investor's Abstract. The seller did not disclose two defects in the title. When those two problems were discovered, Investor's Abstract responded promplty and paid both claims. On one of the defects, there was a technicality whereby Investor's Abstract could have chosen not to pay the claim. However, despite the technicality, they went ahead and resolved the issue. What Investor's Abstract did for me was above and beyond what any other title company has ever done for me. I've used nine other title companies over the years, but Investor's Abstract is the one I keep going back to!
Pros: Parking, Service, Privacy, Quick Responses
Cons: Not enough candy in the conference rooms!
