If youre looking for the absolute worst landlord imaginable, sign a lease with these folks! Theyre rude, theyre unprofessional, they send you 3 day notices montly although you comply w/ the terms of your lease agreement, and worst of all they dont appologize when they screw up. Lord oh mighty help the person who has to deal w/ these fools. The property management people themselves, are young girls who talk to you as if you are bothering them while theyre painting their nails. And dont try to ask to speak to whoever is in charge, thell hang up on you. I pay my rent on time, I am quiet, and my grandkids are very quiet. We are not causing issues, but we are treated as though we are trash. They have also just informed my neighbor that the mold in her apartment was ""HER FAULT"" just like the other review on here states. I dont recall being told when I moved in that the weather stripping on the doors and windows was my responsibility.
