THIS WAS AN ALL TIME WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN AUTO REPAIR. FROM ESTIMATE TO FINISH, THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, GOT MY CAR IN AND THEN THE AMOUNT CHANGED. O.K. I'LL DEAL, THEN IT CHANGED AGAIN. THEIR QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER CALLED ME AND SAID HE THOUGHT THE REPAIR WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. I WENT AND LOOKED AT THE CAR, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WAS EVEN SHOWN TO ME. HE SAID THEY COULD REPAIR IT WITH OEM PARTS INSTEAD OF AFTER MARKET, O.K. GREAT! I SAID YES AND EVEN AGREED TO PAY WHAT HE SAID WAS A PRICE DIFERENCE OF $15.00, HE SAID THAT IF THEY HAD THE PARTS IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND MY CAR WOULD BE REPAIRED, I WENT BACK TO WORK. HE CALLED ME ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER TO INFORM ME THAT THE PRICE DIFERENCE ON THE PARTS WAS NOW $24.00 AND THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FOUR HOURS OF LABOR, YEA RIGHT! I ASKED FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, HE CAME ON THE PHONE AND LISTENED TO WHAT I SAID AND ALL HE REPLIED WAS I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, HE THEN POLITELY CUT ME OFF AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.
