I have attended many Pilates classes, and this is the best hands on, custom to each person program I know. The health center is peaceful, with good vibes and everybody is so nice. I feel great, I look great,and I love working out with The Sheppard Method. Risa is one of the first teachers in Los Angeles, having been a teacher for 35 years. She knows her stuff.
