As the chairman of Dana's, I'm concerned when we receive any negative reviews. We've been in business for over 20 years and keep detailed records of every client we've serviced, and every housekeeper who's ever provided a service to one of our clients. After a careful research of our records, there is no report from any client that remotely resembles the issues raised in the ratings posted below. In fact, had there been such a client they would have instead posted high accolades about how quickly and completely we voluntarily responded to their concerns, and solved the problems. Because that's what we do - we respond quickly in the rare instances when clients are unhappy. Thus, I can only conclude they were posted by competitors trying to harm us. If there are circumstances of which I''m not aware, please send me details at aww@sprynet (com) and I'll post that information in writing in this space together with an apology and a summary of what Dana's did to resolve the issue - even for clients who last had service in 2006. /s/ Art Weatherford.
