I have used the place for 6+ yrs, but the service continues to go downhill with each visit. Upon pickup they failed to tell me about my dogs badly torn pad, of which he will not bear weight and it is oozing. They also failed to care for it properly, during his stay. A bath service was requested prior to pickup and the dogs were returned dirty, without even mentioning the bath was not done. The owner was rude upon calling and inquiring about the injury and lack of service. I would not take my dogs there again.
