I took my first dog there for spaying, after they operated on my dog they informed me that they did not use antibiotics because their practice is so sterile. Within the week she was hospitalized, at another vet, for pneumonia. I was given information that was gravely wrong stating that she might develop a cough but that it was normal. Thankfully I called a better vet who treated her and she has made a full recovery. But to endanger my pet with what I feel are unsafe practices, and to not tell me of the decision until after the surgery is only describable as reckless and incompetent. To exacerbate the situation, by telling me to ignore her symptoms is unconscionable. Please never take your pet there if you can help it. They in my opinion endanger your pet while the pet is in their care and worsen the care by telling you to ignore what could be life threatening symptoms.
