I was disappointed by the plumber who came out to replace the thermal couple on my water heater. Whirlpool sent us a new one to install with instructions. The Saddleback plumber failed to read the instructions and worse he literally tore off a warning label that stated to remove the orifice from the old part and put it on the new part!! It was right there and he just tore it off. He never owned up to his mistake on the phone nor when \r I showed it to him when he arrived or when he saw the other half of the sticker on the new part. Also to boot was the fact when I called to have him speak to me as to how he placed the new part in (as it was not working) the receptionist informed me they know what they are doing and I would have to pay to have him come back out. I told her I am not paying for his error. Long story made short, is they were cocky & sloppy in their efforts with no apology of any kind. Not even from the owner Bill whom I sent an email regarding the agonizing afternoon I had with them. Pros: Same Day Service Cons: Sloppy Work, Bad Communication more
