Don't pay attention to the negative comment left by the other tenant..he is a trouble maker and is well known for this in the park. Besides him, the place is a really nice place to live. I enjoy it because I bought a new home from the owners, who have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make living here great for me. My home came with a new shingled shed in the back, and a new double car driveway, landscaped yard, and brand new composite decking. Couldn't have found a better deal anywhere else..and I looked. I felt compelled to leave a response here, because the 1st guy..and the tenants ALL know who he is... really is not an honest man. Hope this helps!
Pros: Fully equipped home, friendly staff/owners, great location, love the pond!
