I had a new car stereo installed at a local electronics store and they told me I would need a specific part that they didn't have in stock, and I should go get the part at Alpha Audio. Having been to Alpha Audio twice now, I can tell you, don't ever go there. When I went in today, for example, there were five employees in the store and zero customers. I stood at the counter for about a minute before I realized the staff had no intention of stopping their chit-chat to help me. I interrupted them and asked about tweeters. The guy who answered said about three words ""Ain't got none"" and went back to the chit-chat with the other staff. Really poor service and not even the most basic parts in stock. You don't want to deal with this business.
