I contacted this company to create a custom memorial plague. When I spoke to them they seemed interested and able to make this for me. I emailed them the files and the particulars of what I wanted, then I waited. Finally, after trying to reach them by phone 3 times over 10 days, I sent them this in an email, ""When we spoke on June 4th, you seemed interested in this project. I haven't heard from you since, and now I'm wondering if maybe you aren't....can you let me know where we stand? I'm hoping to hear one way or the other from you this week. If you haven't contacted me by Friday, I'll assume you aren't interested and begin to pursue another avenue. I hope that's not the case. "" Here is the response I received, ""After further consideration, we will not be able to help you with your project. We need to remain focused on our repeat customers, at the moment we cannot accept small side jobs. "" I responded back with ""I appreciate your candor and I hope we are ending this business arrangement without rancor. ""
Pros: They will honestly tell you they aren't interested in doing business with you.
Cons: You have to chase after them to get the above response.
