We had the worst experience ever! They did not have our reservation and I had not brought the number. (never had a problem in the past). The ""work-in"" was 1.5 hours, not the 30 minutes we were told. The food was over an hour in arriving to our table. The bill was messed up, but the computers were down, so they could not correct it. The waitress was apparently amused by the other family's misery.
Pros: It would have been great if the service had been good.
Cons: Screwed up our reservation, then had the worst service ever!
