We originally took our car to the other station they own in Auburndale and this is what happened. We took our car there three separate times spending well over $1,300 and NONE of the repairs they did worked. We asked them to check the car out before a long vacation drive. $300 later they said it was good to go. It rained the day before we left and the car shorted out. We took it back in and $600 later they said it was good to go. Driving through Canada the next day it shorted out again. Plus the air conditioner didn't work which we had asked specifically to be checked before our trip. We've been back to the station and the station they own in Waltham to have things repaired properly but nothing we asked them to do works properly. Now we have to take it elsewhere and have all the SAME things looked at. We're out $1,300 and we really can't afford another $1300 to fix what they were supposed to take care of.
Cons: unreliable work and they charge the same hourly rate as dealerships
