very disappointing. The stylist did not want to lighten my hair. While I appreciated his ""I know what I'm doing and you're wrong"" attitude and his warnings of damage, his effort was minimal and lazy. Instead of coloring my gray, he added streaky highlighting to mask the gray. The highlights were way too light. It should have been a ""double process"" but he took the easy route. It was 5pm, and it was clear he was done with work. I also had a coupon and it was obvious that he didn't appreciate that either. I wish they would realize the purpose of a coupon is for repeat buisness. I will not be going back. Good haircut and blowout though.
