I usually do not leave reviews but I felt I had to this time! Held government check for 3 days and did not let me know! I have been a customer for years and have always been in good standing with my account. I spoke to the bank about the issue and they were so rude and unwilling to help. I will only go to the Chase on main st. The Chase on main does not hold government checks and they have great customer service. The chase on court st. can learn something from them!
