I am so surprised to read the previous reviews as my experience with Gigi could not have been better! I had a destination wedding & all of my bridesmaids lived out of state. I had gone everywhere looking for bridesmaid dresses & everything looked the same. I wanted something really special that would flatter all of the girls. I arrived at Gigi's -- a truly beautiful store -- they greeted me right when I walked in. I explained that I had been everywhere & really wanted a ""WOW"" bridesmaid dress. Jessie helped me & pulled out an amazing strapless dress that I never would have selected on my own. I tried it on -- it was perfect! What really impressed me was that they listened to what I was looking for & made a recommendation that completely fit the bill. The best part is, I never would have picked the dress on my own, but it was exactly the look I was trying to achieve. Since none of my bridesmaids lived in the area, they all called their measurements into the store. When the bridesmaids came to town for a shower, we all went to the store for the fittings. They made us feel so special. Everything went smoothly. Gigi's did all of the alterations & the dresses fit the girls like a glove. All of the salespeople were helpful and friendly. They made everything so easy & stress-free. I have since gone back to the store and have bought some amazing dresses, work clothes & casual wear. Every time I wear one of the outfits, I always get compliments. Their service is exceptional, the store is beautiful & their clothes are high quality & unique. I would highly recommend Gigi's...I know I'll be back.
