It took more than 3 weeks for Main Photo to process my slide film and scan it onto a CD. Which is ridiculous. I'm still waiting to receive it by mail... During the 3 weeks, I called intermittently, asking when my order will be completed. Each time, they told me it would be done and shipped out that day. Their guarantees are clearly worthless and their customer service is laughable. They lack professionalism and structure, and I will never use Main Photo again.
