Even though I set an appt it took me 5 hrs to finish my day at the dentist. I was suppose to have a cleaning and filling. It took them 5 hrs for a filling. I had to come back another day for the cleaning which took 1hr w/ an appt. 2 months later my filling fell out and my tooth cracked. I know need to have my whole tooth removed, and I need a fake tooth put in. I feel like the dentist did not try to save my tooth at all, now he is like I can do the new tooth ( which is expensive and my insurance does not cover). I will NOT be going back to the dentist and am filing a complete w/ my insurance company.
Cons: the doc. over books himself and even w/ an appt expect at least an hr wait.
