If you are looking for a nice place to live keep on looking; because you won't find it at Madison at Cypress Lakes, AKA (WATERGROVE). People are getting sexually asaulted and robbed. I called maintenance everyday for 2 weeks to fix my air. It is still out of service. The apartments are filled with section 8 and welfare recipients. I hate that I moved over there. If you are stupid enough to move over to the Watergrove; don't get out of the car by yourself someone will probably be watching and push you inside of your apartment. Single ladies and single parents:PLEASE PROTECT YOUR BABIES FROM THE WATERGROVE. EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD. I KNOW THAT YOU WATCH THE NEWS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON IT. CALL THE MPD AND ASK THEM ABOUT THE WATERGROVE OR THE MADISON AT CYPRESS LAKES. Also they are double billing this month. They are charging $20 for sewage. We pay MLGW for sewage now they want us to pay them for the same damn thing. You also have to pay for water over at the Watergrove. It is $15 a month. WOW. New management. LEDIC. RUN! RUN! RUN!
