Terrible experience and customer service after the sale is totalling lacking. Ordered a custom fabric sofa on April 15 - was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It is now June 16, 8 weeks later, and again the date has been pushed back for the third or fourth time now to ship sometime around June 27 - which means I might have it in July. Faye in the office has yet to say, I'm sorry for the delay, usually it is just dead silence on her end of the phone...no ownership of the situation....absolutely no customer service at this point. I've ordered custom fabic on furniture before and never have I had to wait 3 months for delivery. NEVER! more
