I am a fan of Spanish tapas, and I must say that after tasting just about everywhere else, Las Ramblas has the best tapas I've found in NYC. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. I loved it and want to come back to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. And do ask about the all Spanish wines as they seem to really know what they're talking about. Great stuff!
Pros: Great food, excellent wines, awesome service.
Cons: They don't deliver to the Upper East Side...lol.
