The worst cutomer service I have ever had

This dealer makes promises that they have no intention of keeping. They will tell you they will pay off your trade in right away and a month later you will have to battle them to pay for your trade in that they have already sold. Even the sales person that I dealt with has left the dealership stating " very shady dealings by management " Eventhough we long our Nissan I would never use this dealer again and would absolutly tell everyone to find another dealer no matter how far away it is.
Pros: Nissan Makes a great Vehicle
Cons: The dealership is not customer focused
