Great Experience

We have been bringing our children to this office for almost 8 years and have never had a bad experience. We understand that it is a busy office, but we view that as a reflection of the great quality of care. That being said, whenever one of our boys has been sick and needs to be seen that day, they always get us in.
We have seen both Dr Katz and Dr Mcdonald many times and they are both excellent. We have not seen their new partner yet, but have heard good things about her from 2 of our friends. We have also had occasion to use their nurse practitioners and think they are both excellent.
We use Dr Katz for checkups and he always does a thorough job and answers all our questions. I think it's funny to read the reviews complaining about how busy he is, but they all say he is a great doctor. Would you rather see a bad doctor and save 10 minutes? I guess that is just the way some people view the world.
