I am the kind of person to shop around for both great service (not ripping a young female such as myself off) AND good deals (I am a coupon girl!). I shop prices before I go anywhere and this Express Tire in Santee had BY FAR the best prices for several services I needed. ($50 cheaper on transmission service, $40 cheaper on fuel service, $20 cheaper on Power steering service, $10 cheaper on Brake fluid flush, and $50 cheaper on each set of brake replacements than 2 other discount shops I called from mailer coupons.) I took the car in to them to see what they thought I needed. They told me I did NOT need 3 of the other services at all that I had been recommended. They did mention 2 other services but were really clear on the fact that I did NOT need them right now, and just to keep an eye on them. They were polite and courteous, offering to drop me off at home and they had someone come pick me up. I was very pleased with both Ron (the Manager) and the Assistant Manager. They chatted with me and took the time to explain what the services were that I was recommended and how they improved the car and functioned with other parts. I will bring my car back here again which is VERY unusual for me.
