I really love the personal service that they offer. Dr Albert is there six days a week and he will see my dog, not someone else that isn't as busy. He and his staff are very nice. They remember Rio and he actually loves to go to the vet. I also had an emergency at my parent's house last January and when I called the clinic his number was on the answering machine. I called him on a Sunday in January and he called me back from a duckblind in Arkansas to put my mind at ease that he would be okay until Monday. He is my first dog and he was only six months old so I was very worried. This is why my dog will go nowhere else.
