I'm not sure how this place could possibly get bad reviews. It's one of those kind of ""hole in the wall"" types of places, that once you've found it, you don't know how you survived before that! The staff is sooo friendly. They are very accommodating and make me feel at home each time I come in. My glasses are always refilled before I even notice they are low! I come here a lot, so I know the service is consistent. The rolls are delicious, super fresh and CHEAP for the quality. My favorites are the sea eel, robb roll, mckinney roll and the devil rolls. The decor is a little outdated, but I find it charming that they let their food speak for itself, without feeling the need to distract you with lots of modern lighting and pretentious music. Perfect place to grab some dinner with friends before a night out.
